Once a deal for the purchase of a caravan has been agreed and a deposit taken, the caravan will be put through our workshop to repair any faults that exist. The caravan is then valeted, checked again and finally prepared for dispatch once the remaining balance has been paid.

At this point a price will already have been agreed between yourself and our shipping partners; F.S.Mackenzie, Metro Worldwide, UGL and the necessary arrangements made. Our partners will organise the collection of the caravan from one of our branches and ensure it is secured in a container for maximum protection and security. Once the caravan is secured in the container a photograph is taken to provide proof of the absolute security of the caravan destined for transportation.  On arrival our shipping partners will manage the local customs clearance process and assist with duty and tax procedures. They can also arrange for the caravan to be delivered to your choice of destination, providing a truly comprehensive door to door service.
