We delivered our caravan for its third annual service. The staff were very polite and friendly as usual and rang us when the van was ready to collect. Nothing is too much trouble for them so, even though it’s quite a distance for us, we have signed up to another three years servicing as we know it will be done promptly and efficiently.

Very honest dealership. Bought a used caravan from the Swindon branch in Oct 24. Had an issue with the motor mover remote which I reported to their Tiddington branch in June 25 as its closer to home for us. The repair was not on the 12 month warranty list of inclusions which was disappointing but Paul and the staff at Tiddington went above and beyond to keep us happy. Good customer service and we would definately recommend them. Thank you.

Swindon caravans have been so helpful throughout the purchase and collection of our motorhome. The handover was particularly good with lots of clear info and not overwhelming us with needless info.

So far we have had a habitation check and diagnosesand replacemebt if oyr faulty fridge. Each time the service has been 100%. They are very warm and welcoming, always happy to give advice and diplomatic on how they correct our silly errors

Absolutely fantastic. Andy was incredibly thoughtful and helpful. As first time buyers we didn't know what we were looking for but Andy was very patient and very helpful. So much so, we purchased our first caravan from them! We collected it earlier today and had the incredibley thorough and firendly Jake explain the basics and operation of caravanning to us. He helped set us up and be confident for out first journey. There was a minor issue with some lights not working (it's a secondhand 10 year old caravan so we expected something) but they got it resolved incredibly quickly while we waited. So far we're thrilled woth our purchase and their service - because we know they'll look after us.

I have just taken delivery of my Bailey motorhome (My third purchase from Reading Caravans; 2 caravans previously), and as always the team have been warm, welcoming, and a pleasure to do business with. This is from the sales side (Michaela and Simon) all the way through to Ian (Delivery), and then Andy and Ros in the After Sales team who pull it all together and take care of any issues.
