I have just taken delivery of my Bailey motorhome (My third purchase from Reading Caravans; 2 caravans previously), and as always the team have been warm, welcoming, and a pleasure to do business with. This is from the sales side (Michaela and Simon) all the way through to Ian (Delivery), and then Andy and Ros in the After Sales team who pull it all together and take care of any issues. We found the Caravan we wanted via your website. A quick email and we reserved the caravan to look at next day. We were given plenty of time to make our minds up and we decided to purchase. No pressure, no pushy salesmen. Tina was great. We got a good trade in offer, great price on the new van. Changeover day was equally efficient thanks to Naomi. There was a very good range of caravans available to view at Swindon & having done our homework we narrowed it down to a couple of models. Andy at Swindon was very helpful & explained the options available. We settled on a Swift display model that was priced very reasonably & suited our needs perfectly. On collection day we were met by Naomi who dealt with the handover & she took us through everything on the caravan right up to hitching up to our car. After a brief spell in the sales office we were on our way & back home. We've since been away in the caravan & are perfectly satisfied with our purchase.

All staff were friendly and welcoming. Sales staff were very knowledgeable about their models and there was no unwanted pressure for us to decide. We dealt with Michaela most of the time and she was a pleasure to speak to - very helpful and again very knowledgeable.
